The Falcons bowled a 2,510 to defeat Sioux City North, 2,377, and Sioux City West, 2,282.

“Overall, I didn't think we bowled very well,” noted coach Kurt Hofmeister. “We struggled to get any momentum going and sustain it. We did bowl well at times.

“Darian Hannel led us once again, averaging a 197 for his two individual games (394). Bailey Newman also bowled well, averaging a 172 for his two games (344). The rest of the boys bowled decent, but none were at or above their season averages.”

OABCIG’s other individual scores were Austin Wych, 335; Hunter Maass, 297, and Troy Hilmer, 292. Aidan Bower had a 288, but his score was not used. OABCIG had a lead over Sioux City North and Sioux City West after the individual round with a score of 1,662.
