For those 18 and younger— OABCIG, G-H, S-C schools provide breakfast, lunch

Due to the COVID-19 virus, OABCIG, Galva-Holstein and Schaller-Crestland schools are closed. OABCIG’s website says schools are closed until further notice, while the Ridge View (G-H and S-C) site says schools are closed March 16 through April 13.
Even though classes are not in session, the schools are providing breakfast and lunch to those 18 and younger within their districts, Monday through Friday. The meal service will be on a pick-up basis and at no cost.
The following locations and times will be available to anyone living within the OABCIG district who is 18 or younger (the pick-up will include that day’s lunch and the following day’s breakfast). Meals will be served until gone and will be adjusted according to the number of people served.
A sign-up link is on the school webpage. This will help in determining how many meals to prepare each day.
Here is the pick-up schedule: OABCIG Elementary (Ida Grove), main entrance from 11 a.m. to noon; OABCIG Elementary (Odebolt), main entrance from 11 a.m. to noon; Battle Creek, in-town bus stop from 11:30 a.m. to noon; and Arthur Community Center bus stop, from 11:30 a.m. to noon.
