Zimmerman: humble man, great boss

Eric Zimmerman, owner and manager of Zimmy’s, does not like to talk about himself but with some coaxing and help from his staff we got a story to tell. Zimmerman started out with his uncle over at Lake Shore (then Family Table) learning the business. Then, he started here in Ida Grove at Family Table in 2010. Then, in 2013 he organized the process to remodel, adding a full bar and seating and the placing of TVs around the place to watch the games. Zimmerman states that Family Table just was not getting the night business, so adding the bar has really helped.
