The Presbyterian Church in Odebolt had their Christmas Program on Sunday evening, Dec. 17. It was “Christmas at the Beach” for the youngsters of the church. They told the story of Jesus’ birth in the setting of a beach. Pretty unconventional but entertaining to say the least. It was enjoyable to see the kids so relaxed in this setting to tell the story of the birth of Jesus.
Tate and Samantha Reese own Golden Heart Woodworking in Odebolt. Little hearts did make Golden Heart Woodworking. Tate and Samantha’s first two babies were both born with heart defects and had surgery when they were babies.
Bridget Drey of Ida Grove recently purchased the Rustic Lily flower shop from Jodi Lansink and Jamie Corbin. The new business, featuring similar gift and floral merchandise, will be called B’s Blooms. Drey shared some details on how the change of ownership took place.
