The OABCIG boys and girls cross country teams took part in the annual Bob Saunders Classic in Ida Grove last Monday. In girls results, Olivia Schnabel led the Falcons by placing 24th out of 87 runners in a time of 23:21.40.
The Ridge View girls and boys cross country squads participated in the annual Bob Saunders Classic in Ida Grove last Monday. In girls results, the Raptors’ Jaycie Vohs won third place out of 87 runners in a time of 20:45.71.
The Raptor volleyball squad was on the road Thursday night, traveling to Kingsley to take on conference foe Kingsley-Pierson. Ridge View jumped out to their customary fast start, flying to a 10-2 lead on the Panthers in game one, and cruising to a 25-8 victory.
The Falcon volleyball team was decked out in pink last Tuesday against Westwood, in honor of October Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A moment of silence was held to pray for people who have suffered from this disease.
